Chicago Blackhawks Fans will be celebrating their team’s glory when they win the Stanley Cup this Friday.

As for the thousands of supporters of Blackhawks pile up along the Michigan Avenue and other streets for a ticker tape parade to celebrate the team’s win over Philadelphia.

This is the very best way to celebrate and give importance to the effort of Blackhaws on winning the Stanley Cup in the NHL Finals.

    I didn’t wait 6 hours, but camped out on Washington and followed the buses after they passed. We didn’t make it past State, so I turned north and tried to reach Michigan from Wacker. After 30 minutes of trying, I never got closer than 100 yards from Michigan Ave and even if I had, I would have seen the BACK of the stage.

    How foolish of the city to not set up the stage on the NORTH side of Wacker Drive? How foolish of the city to not set up the stage in a PARK? Only the people who were ON Michigan Avenue got to see the rally. Brilliant planning by the city.
