Microsoft Project Natal is Named Kinect

Just last year I saw demo of Microsoft’s Project Natal and it was really awesome. Microsoft has put their first step on competing against Nintendo Wii console. Again in recent updates on this Project Natal it seems that the Microsoft’s motion-sensing device for Xbox 360 is now officially landing the marketplace in coming future and it’s named Kinect. The new brand Microsoft “Kinect” has just recently confirmed by USA Today.

Update: Oops! It looks like USA Today jumped the gun on the announcement and has since pulled the piece from its site. Stay tuned for Microsoft’s official unveiling later.

Update 2: Major Nelson confirms it: Project Natal is now officially called Kinect.
