England Eliminated By Germany 4-1 In Controversial Game

Its was a sad day for the England fans as Germany outclassed England comfortably in the knock out round to enter into the quarterfinals. Germany is the third team to enter into the finals after Uruguay and Ghana. Germany made 4-1 victory over England but a terrible decision by the referee cost them any shot at victory.

This match would be remembered for the fans not only for the spectacular goals made by the Germany but also for the controversial goal that was rejected by the referee for England. After that every thing went out in favor of the Germany who dominated right from the beginning.

Germany had a great start from Miroslav Klose and Lukas Podoloski  in the 20th and 32nd minute respectively which made them to have a lead of 2-0, later a few minute England’s Matthew Uspon scored up for the England. However it was really horrible minutes for England as the goal made by England’s lampard was ruled no goal from the referee which had been the turning point of the game.
Muller scored two goals in a three-minute span, one in the 67th minute and one in the 70th minute, to put Germany up 4-1 and send England home.
