AT&T Reports Software Glitch

AT&T have came up with an announcement that a software glictch has really affected much of the network which lead to slow down of downloading and upload speeds. They also added that nearly 2% of the network has been affected completely and the number rises to nearly 1.75 million customers. However it has been found out that a software problem with Alcatel equipment has really making all sorts of problems of network slowdown for the customers to avail their maximum downloading speed.

According to the reports from Wall Street journal claims that Alcatel-Lucent is working hard to overcome the problem very soon. Users who were able to access faster speeds with HSUPA will be receiving more typical 3G speeds.  This includes smartphone and laptops connect card users.

AT&T has been facing such problem and the problem is getting increased day by day soon after the high traffic of smartphone and iPhones users has really slow down their network. Many users also face frequent dropped calls. Other recent problems for the network include the accidental release of iPad 3G subscribers and Apple’s claim that the iPhone 4 reception issues are partly AT&T’s fault
